Terms & Conditions

Snap and Savour Campaign ("this Campaign") will be officially hosted by Lan Kwai Fong Group.
Campaign period from 21 Mar 2016 to 3 Apr 2016 11:59 pm (Hong Kong Time).
Participant must hold a valid identity document issued by the government, and can only participate once in this Campaign, and win the prize once in this Campaign.
Colleagues of Lan Kwai Fong Group and the participanting restaurants and their family members are not eligible to participate in this event.

All submitted photos have to be original, otherwise will be disqualified.

- Dining deal vouhcer can be shipped to participant’s address by Lan Kwai Fong Group OR be picked up by participant in Central (Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm) .
- Terms and conditions are contained on / with each voucher. Lan Kwai Fong Group do not operate or control the products or services offered by restaurants.
ONE winner with the best picture will win an iPhone6S (Valued at $6,388).
- Winner name will be announced on Lan Kwai Fong HK 蘭桂坊 fan page on/before 29 April 2016.
- Winners will be notified via their Facebook or Instagram account, based on the information that participant submitted. If Lan Kwai Fong Group fails to receive any reply from the relevant winners within the date stated sent from Lan Kwai Fong Group, or winner fails to collect the prize within the redemption period, the winner will be disqualified accordingly.
- To verify the online identity, we will require the winner to log into the winning account in front of the Lan Kwai Fong Group team and to provide a ID copy when redemption.
All enrollment records and information will be considered as final and conclusive according to the server records, and will not be accepted to change. Wrong, incomplete or re-input information will be treated as invalid and participation will be disqualified without prior notice.
If the participants or winners violate any rules or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of Lan Kwai Fong Group or any third parties, the relevant participants or winners will be liable for all the losses.
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution by winners is permitted.
If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Lan Kwai Fong Group that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Campaign, Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, Lan Kwai Fong Group reserves the final right of decision and interpretation.
Participants’ enrollment in this Campaign will serve as their consent to agree and accept the above terms and conditions.

All Personal information obtained herein are collection for the purpose of confirming the identities of prize winners. Without users’ authorization, personal information collected will not be transferred to the third parties. Users may choose not to provide the personal information required, but this may result in not qualifying to redeem the prize.
After submitting the personal data, user may receive the direct marketing emails from Lan Kwai Fong Group and its affiliates from time to time. Lan Kwai Fong Group will always keep the personal data confidential. The policies and practices regarding collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer and confidentiality of and access to the personal data comply with the laws of Hong Kong and are stated in this Statement. If at any other point of time user do not wish the group to use the personal data for use as described above, he/she may exercise the opt-out rights by notifying the group by email at [email protected].
